Cary serves on the Board of Directors for Benilde Hall, a local charity that houses, clothes and feeds homeless men in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Additionally, he is a member of the VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars), Vietnam Dog Handlers Association and Promise Keepers.

Cary is available for public speaking engagements and his most recent event was Guest Lecturer for the Rockhurst College Physician's MBA Program. Dale is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and has been in the Insurance business for over twenty years. Dale has dedicated many hours of study and hard work to address the problems that seniors face these days. Tony earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Benedictine College. Working with a global financial firm he gained invaluable training and experience specializing in life insurance, annuities, mortgages, and investments. In 2004, Tony became an independent agent representing many of the largest insurance companies in the U.S. Currently, with the Benefits by Design team, he educates his clients in Life and Health insurance, offering independent advice to help them make prudent, informed decisions to hedge ever increasing costs.

As a New Business Coordinator for Benefits by Design, Heather brings a very well-rounded knowledge base of the health insurance industry as well as how to effectively run a successful business. Heather easily navigates through the complexities of managed care networks and understands the needs of our clients.

Heather places a high value on personal integrity and looks forward to assisting our clients acquire reasonable group health insurance policies and resolving problematic claims issues.

Originally from Metropolis, Illinois…the hometown of Superman. Scott moved to St. Louis in 1984, after marrying his college sweetheart…Martina, a world-class rifle shooter, property tax manager, and St. Louis native. They’ve raised three sons, and have been blessed with one grandchild…thus far. Scott is a performing musician and avid sports enthusiast. He is an active supporter of the following organizations: Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Nothing But Nets, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Before becoming a health and life insurance professional, Scott enjoyed a long career with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. He also operated several large multi-million dollar “big-box” retail stores in Illinois.

Early in 2009, Scott was introduced to Cary Hall. Upon the syndication of Cary’s radio show to St. Louis (The Health Insurance Advocate, on KTRS), he proudly accepted a position with Benefits By Design: a company predicated on service, the highest ethical standards, and a commitment to put the needs of the client first…always, without exception.

Licensed in Missouri and Illinois, through BBDi he offers health, life, Medicare Supplement/Advantage, and Long-Term Care coverage with top-tier companies like Aetna, Aetna AARP, GHP, Anthem, Assurant, Mercy, John Hancock, Genworth, and Mutual of Omaha.

Scott has completed Long-Term Care Partnership training. He is a member of the National Association of Professional Agents and the American Association for Long–Term Care Insurance. By September of 2009, Scott will have completed the study and testing necessary to obtain the LTCP (Long-Term Care Professional) designation.
